Apple Music songs that have been saved to your phone or tablet using the “Make Available Offline” feature will appear grayed out under “On this iPhone” in the Sonos app. You can still play these songs on your Sonos system by following the steps below:
1. Make sure you have added Apple Music to your Sonos system.
2. From the Sonos music menu, tap “Apple Music.”
3. Tap “My Music.” Any songs that appeared grayed out will be available to stream from here.
Please note that playing these songs through Apple Music on Sonos will use your Internet bandwidth, they are not streaming from a local device.
